The Rising Cost of GRC

There is a concern of rising cost of the GRC. If the companies achieve an integrated GRC platform automating compliance and risk at C-suite, business unit manager and at the location level, do you think the cost will actually go down through the reduction of duplication of head count, tools and other resources?
