My Thought and Question for the Weekend!

With the looming CFPB (Dodd Frank) changes just around the corner, I thought to myself of other changes in the banking industry such as the Fact Act changes that happened and lack of initial fines from the regulators.

My question is do you feel the regulators will take immediate action including fines to banks that have not complied with the January changes? Or do you feel that 2014 will be more of an advisement year by the regulators?
